RECOVERIST THEATRE PROJECT: THE OUTRUN NOW SHOWING

What a brilliant way to end supporting Recovery month by going to see #theoutrun yesterday.
So proud to see participants from @islingtonpeoplestheatre's first project in 2022 #recoveristtheatreproject, up there on the big screen and of course for myself, as creator of the project and the project itself, to be included in the credits at the end of the film.

And what an amazing film it is! Set in the Orkney Islands and Hackney, we witness the gritty & grisly reality of addiction & then recovery and redemption through connecting with nature, in a transcendental cinematic experience.

Really recommend seeing this! #saoirseronan is incredible!

The film is now on general release in the UK.
