RECOVERIST THEATRE PROJECT STARTS TOMORROW

Tomorrow is the opening session of Recoverist Theatre Project at St Mary's Community Centre in Upper Street, Islington. At this introductory session we'll be getting to know the group through a focus on applied theatre drama games and group activities. We will also be looking at our schedule for the ten-week programme, create a group 'contract' and begin the process of working with the group creatively in the space. We're delighted to be starting the project with two of our fabulous facilitators @jessicamckenna93 & Melanie Hering, who will play a major role in delivering our programme. Melanie is a experienced facilitator who works with a range of community groups & a graduate of the MA Applied Theatre programme at @goldsmithsuol. Jess is adding to her experience by currently taking an MA in Applied Theatre @cssdlondon & is on placement with us for the ten week project. We're really looking forward to working with them both!
