RECOVERIST THEATRE PROJECT - SESSION 6: FREEING THE INNER VOICE

An amazing session on Friday with @nikkisladeuk – ‘Freeing the Inner Voice’. Starting with a simple chant, participants then moved onto working with a range of different Kirtan chanting techniques to access their authentic voice, getting it heard in the space. They worked on a variety of partner & group exercises, pushing boundaries and working with their own vocal vibration. By the end of the session there was a tangible change in the energy in the room, an increase in connection with each other and a joyful vibrancy.
