Final programme confirmed for Recoverist Theatre Project

We have confirmed the final programme for Recoverist Theatre Project & are delighted to present a varied and exciting range of creative practices for participants to engage with:

  • applied theatre & drama practice including improvisation, devising, creating characters and acting work
  • creative writing
  • living newspapers & activism
  • 5 rhythms & writing the body
  • writing for performance
  • forum theatre & theatre of the oppressed

We are also hosting a session run by the award-winning Fallen Angels Dance Theatre, who work with dance with adults in recovery, led by dance artist Hannah Rudd. Hannah is  also one of the lead performers in a recent short film made by the company, part of a trilogy of films called Transfiguration: I FALL, Transfiguration: I NEED & Transfiguration: WE RISE

Additionally, we are delighted to announce that we are hosting a session with Nikki Slade - Freeing the Inner Voice. Nikki is the UK's leading pioneer in the field of chanting, core voice and sound work in the UK. You can see details of Nikki's work here
