BIG Alliance
From September 2021, Islington People's Theatre will be working alongside a Business Coach on the BIG Alliance's Leaders in Partnership programme over ten months.
Leaders in Partnership is a fantastic and well-established community coaching programme designed to strengthen the leadership of the not for profit sector in Islington. By creating partnerships between community leaders and their peers in the corporate world, LiP aims to help individuals enhance their capacity and perform more effectively at work. The programme offers a valuable chance for community leaders to have the support of an external sounding board, discuss new or emerging issues, and have the space to explore different ideas.
