BE THE CHANGE BLOCK TWO: SESSION FOUR GUEST FACILITATOR - TASH ALEXANDER
This week we are delighted to welcome Tash Alexander @headheldhighldn who will be working on #bethechange to run a session on Stand Up Comedy.
Tash founded @headheldhighldn a charity empowering individuals to reveal the courage to take new action to achieve new results. The company runs highly interactive and motivational workshops to enable people to reveal their limitless potential and not be dominated by their past or environment. Tash as well as being a motivational coach, is a comedy writer and performer and leads a challenging yet fun confidence-through-comedy course "Stand up for yourself", enabling people to dig deep to find the funny in their life and reveal their courageous selves.
“What the programme did for me was to help me look at my life
experiences including the painful ones, and find the funny in them. This
helped me view things from a new angle and find a new perspective.
Head Held High has opened up new avenues in my life and I now even
have a bigger social circle because of my experience”
