Vision, Mission and Values

Our Vision

To enable community members, with a focus on adults and groups who have been made vulnerable or marginalised, to access drama and applied theatre practice as tools for communication, confidence building, self-expression and as a means to develop agency for making change in their lives and in their communities.

Our Mission

To engage community groups, with a focus on adults and groups who have been marginalised by social justice issues, with applied theatre and drama practices for personal, social and political change.

Our Values

In carrying out our work we adhere to the values of:

  • Ethical participation
  • Boundaries to ensure vulnerable participant safety
  • Empowerment
  • Respect
  • Reciprocity
  • Teamwork
  • Confidentiality
  • Equality and diversity
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Listening and learning

Speaking from margins. Speaking in resistance..

This is an intervention. A message from that space in the margin that is a site of creativity and power, that inclusive space where we recover ourselves.

Marginality as site of resistance...
