Hannah Kumari is an actor-writer, theatre-maker, facilitator and puppeteer with a BA Hons. in Acting from Bretton Hall, who has enjoyed a varied, 15-year career in the industry across TV, film and theatre. Her own practice as a theatre-maker focuses on socially engaged, interdisciplinary and autobiographical work. A lifelong football fan, Hannah’s ACE-funded solo show ENG-ER-LAND will be performed for the first time at Jermyn Street Theatre in June https://www.jermynstreettheatre.co.uk/show/eng-er-land/as part of their Footprints Festival and she is currently planning a national tour for Spring 2022. Hannah’s next project, Spinning Wheel – currently in development, will explore themes around women & addiction through magical realism, physical theatre and puppetry.
Neil has worked for the last ten years as Senior Standby Art Director on Chanel 4’s Hollyoaks . He has co-written and directed a short film which won a handful of awards for Best Screenplay, Best Art Direction and Best narrative, on the film festival circuit.
His previous jobs have ranged from Drama Worker with a Theatre in Education company for Liverpool City Council to Art department Line Manager for Mersey Television.
